Step out onto the 40 sq ft lanai equipped with two chairs, a perfect spot to enjoy the gentle ocean breeze while keeping an eye out for dolphins or seasonal whales. At night, unwind on the comfortable queen-sized high-end Murphy bed, which uniquely faces the sea when lowered, ensuring you wake up to the captivating ocean views.

Guests have exclusive access to the studio located on the lower level, while the rocky beach may be reached from the side yard. Your privacy will always be respected during your stay, but should you need assistance, we reside on the main floor above and are available to help. Please note that you might hear typical apartment sounds from above, but rest assured, loud parties or music are never part of the ambiance.

The beach behind the home is primarily rocky; therefore, while it's possible to stroll along the coastline, sturdy footwear is recommended. Swimming isn't advisable due to strong waves, but guests can enjoy a complimentary olympic-sized community pool and children's splash park in Pahoa Town. For sandy beach experiences, head north to Hilo or south to Kehena and Pohoiki, known as the world's newest beach. There’s an abundance of activities and sights in the surrounding area, making it hard to cover them all in one go—we’re more than happy to curate personalized recommendations based on your interests.

The Big Island is expansive, so having a car is highly recommended for optimal exploration. However, public transportation is accessible within walking distance. We can gladly offer suggestions for activities and dining options to enhance your experience.
